Welcome to the LearnBridge Access text messaging program (“the Program” or “the Service”), operated by LearnBridge Access (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages about education and benefits resources at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You join the Program by submitting your name and mobile number and checking the consent box on the sign-up form on our website, where the Program is clearly described. After you submit the form, you will receive a one-time confirmation text message; you may be asked to reply YES to confirm your enrollment. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You can cancel the Service at any time by texting STOP to 21000. After you send STOP, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.

Message frequency varies based on user interaction. The number of messages you receive depends on your activity and the resources relevant to you.
LearnBridge Access does not charge a fee to participate in the Program. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Please consult your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan. You are responsible for any fees your carrier charges. Under no circumstances will the Company be responsible for fees your wireless carrier or other third parties charge you for use of the Service.
The Program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and their affiliated and reseller brands, as well as many regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier’s network; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We respect and protect your privacy. Information gathered through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Mobile Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties, and we do not share it for third-party marketing purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to register for and use the Service.
If your handset does not support a particular message type, messages may be delivered in an alternate format (for example, an MMS may be delivered as SMS). Message delivery depends on your carrier’s network and is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to change these Mobile Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued participation in the Program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Program or your participation in it at any time, with or without notice.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Factors beyond our control, including carrier network speed and internet performance, may affect the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.
